ABSOLUTELY the BEST Stay!

The staff was helpful. The resort manager Taher even sent a message before arrival to ensure everything was great. I also received an upgrade to a swim-up room with a heated pool, WOW! The room was amazing (I LOVED it!).
The resort is a big, and I wished it had a designated walking trail. It would encourage MORE guests to exercise and enjoy the beautiful premises.

The adult-only pool was perfect. Peter ensured our beds were ready each morning and positioned our umbrella perfectly. Ahmed, the barman, supplied us with cocktails and coffee. He was polite and cheerful every day. The room was spotlessly clean. I thank Adam for that.
The main buffet restaurant had typical food. It is important to bear in mind that the hotel caters to several nationalities.

I think the staff at this hotel were amazing and so cheerful. The resort offered a lot including several pools, clubs, and a beautiful beach. The hotel had four restaurants right on site. I would visit again for sure. I really did get really good service and attention, especially from housekeeping. I am happy I chose this place for my vacation!
I think the main restaurant food was basic. The food at the buffet was the same every night. I found a la carte restaurants were amazing, so I ate there.
